Rachel Wells

Rachel has 15 years experience working alongside our valuers developing systems to complement our clients’ project requirements. The systems are typically required for infrastructure asset valuations and multi-property longitudinal compensation or general valuation assignments.

Large projects invariably imply high volumes of information and modeling therefore requires robust databases. Depending on the scale of the work, Rachel’s skills in Sequel Server, Access and Excel are applied in developing a model that can be used either in-house by CAPI or directly by our clients. Changes to infrastructure legislation have increased the compliance requirements for our clients. CAPI acts as agent for several clients and Rachel’s knowledge enables us to create efficient systems to meet complex compliance or legislative demands. Such systems include ODRC valuations for rating purposes, monitoring local authorities rating changes and preparing and managing submissions on behalf of clients to minimise compliance costs.

Rachel’s skills are also used widely throughout the firm for internal systems and quality control.
