Ryan joined Crighton Anderson (now Colliers International – Rural & Agribusiness) in early 2014 after relocating to Christchurch from Warkworth. Since finishing his studies with Massey University in 2012 he has been working towards completing his registration as a valuer, which he successfully attained in August 2016. Prior to joining the firm Ryan worked for Sheldons (Registered Valuers & Property Consultants), gaining experience in a diverse range of property types including coastal, lifestyle and residential land throughout North Auckland’s Rodney district giving him a sound base understanding as a valuer. Since gaining his registration as a valuer, Ryan continues to work alongside our team of experienced registered valuers collaboratively in a variety of valuation fields. His focus is now predominantly on rural property, however he also regularly takes part in compensation, advisory and specialist valuation work assisting senior specialist staff.
Ryan grew up on a beef farm in Matakana, Rodney and has also spent time working on a dairy unit in Northland. His passion for property, particularly that of properties within the rural and primary sector is strong and he has a keen interest in further developing his knowledge to ensure our clientele are receiving quality well researched property valuation and advisory services.
