In the past this has included work on submissions to the Valuer General on rating issues on behalf of a number of utility and commercial clients, including Telecom and Transpower, and to Local Authorities on proposed rating differentials for utilities included in proposed District Plans.
We have prepared a number of valuation handbooks on rating and rating valuations for utility businesses, valuing airport assets for financial reporting, and compensation methodology under the Public Works Act for transmission line development.
