Geoff grew up on a dairy farm in the Waikato and graduated from Lincoln University in 2015 with a BCom majoring in Valuation and Property Management, and minor in Accounting. Geoff later furthered his education by completing Rural Valuation papers at Massey University. He achieved registration in early 2019.
At the start of 2021 Geoff and his family moved south to Christchurch to start his new role at the Colliers Rural Valuation team and to be closer to his wife’s family who live in the Canterbury region.
Prior to joining Colliers, Geoff worked in the Waikato, heading up the rural team at a long-established private valuation firm, valuing a mixture of dairy, sheep and beef and grazing properties interspersed with lifestyle properties.
With his dairy farming background, Geoff will be focusing on undertaking a range of valuation work on dairy farms in the South Island and Canterbury in particular, as well as dry stock farms and lifestyle properties.
